It's certainly a bold decision from management anyway. A big Ben O Connor shaped hole at CB and filling it with someone learning the position from scratch at IC level. We can only judge it on what we've seen and it hasn't worked so far despite the results.A change was needed at centre back and not doing it could prove costly. O Regan is a decent player but never a centre back.
