Your Mental Health

I have OCD, mentioned this before I have to tap furniture and do rituals sometimes they can last up to 10 minutes but I can sometimes just stop them and it feels good not having to do them, should see me when the Irish rugby team are playing. ? Get up to 90 and fighting back the habits.

What’s time perception?fixated on being punctual? Genuine question btw. How you perceive time I'd guess. Can't speak for autism but for ADHD its known as time blindness. Basically getting sucked into something and losing track of time but regularly.

Totally, favourite part of my life. Love seeing the kids getting immersed in something too. Doesn't matter what it is, as long as it's something they have a gra for I'm happy.

In Autism that can happen with hyperfocus. Getting immersed in a project etc and forgetting to eat or anything. Doesn't happen me as I'm quite routined.

With ADHD as I understand but am open to correction, there's an issue with budgeting time correctly and not leaving enough time to do things or underestimating the time you'd need.

A friend of mine has ADHD and seems to leave things like college projects to last minute thinking she'll get them done in a few hours then looking for an extension, then repeats the pattern next time. Also if I'd be collecting her she's never ready regardless of how much time she has.
