What is the finest building in Cork?

I’ve always liked triangular shape buildings that sit between 2 streets. Cork has two beautiful little red brick ones -
a) corner of Summerhill and Lower Glanmire Road.
b) corner of Washington Street and Hanover Street.

Ya it’s lovely and very ornate, even for a COI cathedral.

Haven’t been up Shandon in about 30 years

Pity you have to pay to see them, but the upkeep costs loads!

Was never tuned in to that. Will have a lamp off the two of them the next time I'm passing and will keep an eye out for any more.
