It's part of the wta afaik, there has to be at least 11 hours between the end of one work day and the start of the next.

There was a case last year where these lads who had to ring the boss for 2 minutes on a Sunday to get their roster were deemed to not be getting their entitlement to one uninterrupted period of 24 hours rest and they all got a payout.
