Nobody disputes the Glennane gang and their associates were the very worst of the worst but the RUC officers involved were jailed. The claims of widespread senior level RUC involvement doesn't wash.

Thankfully the north is a far better place now, Reports from Tourism NI
say the amount of visitors from the south to north last three months has
soured, People who would never have crossed the border before are now doing so in huge numbers,

To all those gnashing their teeth the terms of reference for the review of the Glennane gangs activities were set in February. Hopefully the families of those murdered can get some peace of mind.

The job of a historian is to review the evidence in as detached a fashion as possible. Anyone who thinks Murray wasn't editorialising is delusional.

They were murdering bastards but never lose sight that the IRA murdered over 1700 during the troubles. In terms of killing both Protestants and Catholics the loyalist paramilitaries didn't come close.
