You’d really have to wonder how some of these people pass their test. Agree with you on bollards.Or, drivers could not break the continuous white line, maintain speed with carriageway and merge. There should be bollards on that continuous white line anyway. Same with the tunnel.
These bollards are special ones, self-righteous ones that spring back up after been rolled over ?Bollards cannot be put in the tunnel, think about it, how will emergency vehicles pass in the event of an issue ?
Lots of them didn't bud, that's the issue. You’d really have to wonder how some of these people pass their test. Agree with you on bollards.
Even if they could put bollards in you still see some genius thinking they could just about make going through them.Or, drivers could not break the continuous white line, maintain speed with carriageway and merge. There should be bollards on that continuous white line anyway. Same with the tunnel.
The Tunnel isn't really a tunnel, as in they didn't burrow through the earth and come out the other side. That's why there were no pictures of Fellas from Tivoli and Fellas from Mahon sharing a handshake and a few cans of Carling Black Label.Back when the tunnel was built all of the ships serving Cork had to go to the City Quays to dock.
Times are changing and now the majority of them are docking at Ringaskiddy.
Eventually the plan is, all ships will dock at Ringaskiddy. I have been told by someone in The City Council that the long term plan down there is to build a bridge to replace the tunnel, which I have been told is constantly leaking.

How Paris is dealing with crashes on the Périphérique
I saw them leap into action last week. Traffic going right, more or less backed up to where they were before they hit lights and headed off. What makes me laugh is, one of those TFI crew vans that attends incidents is now constantly positioned in that little parking bay on the right on the slip up from Rochestown Road to Bloomfield.
So when an incident occurs ( no need for the " if ' word ), the crew are on it in a very short space of time.
Whilst that is great, no bloody accompanying Gardai are there with them.
So they get to the scene and then have to wait for the Gardai while the entire place gets clogged up in the process.
Edit: constantly at rush hours that should have been
