I gave the hip a good going over this weekend and seem to have come out the right side of it so I’m cautiously optimistic
8km run yesterday - no discomfort. 40km on the bike today with 400m climbing in one section, really pushing it. And a 1000m swim this afternoon. No sense of anything wrong in there
It might well make a comeback if I stretch the running. Distances but hopefully if I manage any increases slowly this might not materialise. I was having trouble at 3-4km every time
