My stomach and I still have light scarring from them. It was Winter so my clothes kept rubbing off them on the arm. They only stayed put on my stomach

I went back smoking after them. It was vaping helped me quit for good. I actually stopped going to the cinema cos I had cravings in the middle of the movie. All clean now, thankfully.

That's great that they worked. I always wondered if they were just a gimmick. I suppose it's all about breaking the habit of lighting up a fag. Getting the jolt of nicotine with the patches helps.

A big call from him, I was going to leave the pub trade and go back and sit the leaving cert if it didn’t come in ,racing pubs in a cloud ,dry retching from the smoke , To this day I crave a taste of a smoke at 2am even though I don’t smoke (unless on a right one ) often after work I’d bum a cig off my colleagues and bring them back duty free as compo , Probably the equivalent of 20 cigs a day as a non smoker
