Masterclass in being at the cabinet table when they tried to flush this country down the plug-hole.

In fairness to mehole though he did bring in the smoking ban in the workplace which was a radical move at the time. And I think I'm right in saying he was also responsible for the plastic bag levy which has gone a long way to making the country tidier.

In summary - he's done good and bad. I'll damn him with faint praise and say he'd be a damn sight better than Enda gawd helpus.
