The Official Man Utd Thread - Part 3.

United have won 6 of their last 8 games (if you incluse beating Stokenal in a penalty shoot out, and why wouldn't you? )

I was actually shocked when I saw that today. It feels like the reverse.

I fancy United to go unbeaten until at least next Sunday morning*

* I'm going to assume they're not playing the U 21s in a midweek training match.
I seen that the other day and was shocked aswell.

Performances are so bad wins feel likes losses

Spurs won three of their last five. Two massively in-form teams going head to head. They eyes of the world will be transfixed.

The performances are pish but it doesn't help when Amorim gets more of a grilling for narrowly beating a prem team than pep got for the same against leyton Orient
I think Amorim would be well advised to be a bit more conservative with the information he’s giving the press.

Every week he’s giving them huge headlines and now it’s come to a stage where they are trying to bait him for them.

These people are bottom feeders and should be treated accordingly

For anyone interested.
Thanks for that.

i’m not on the wum i can assure you because an accident like that is tragic but do you think there would be as much lore around the club following munich and the european cup they won after?

i had a look back how many division ones a few teams had won up to the point of the munich disaster.

arsenal 7
villa 6
everton 6
liverpool 5
man utd 5
sunderland 5

you could make the same argument för liverpool by the time of hillsborough but they were utterly dominant at that stage.

who’s to say the babes wouldn’t have gone on to win all around them
too but genuinely interested in the first part of my post.

As much? No.

But it's like with every club. It's the events, the people, the landmark games that shape how each club is viewed.

They did exceptionally well to rebuild the club after the disaster and come back stronger.
