Why is his agent not talking sense to him ? I know agents like transfers but there wont be many clubs in for Sancho.

However, ETH made a complete fuck-up of this. Going public served no one. If he had an issue with Sancho, try to sort it and if not just transfer him.

The club needs a cultural reset. Sancho’s “efforts” at United have been abysmal. He’s on £300k a week and stays up all night playing fucking computer games and then is late for training!

ETH was very good with him last season and shit is his thanks. The arm around the shoulder approach clearly didn’t work for him so he rightly called out Sancho.

I don’t think Gerrard was getting the FU money that Sancho’s getting though. No transfer fee either.

A lot easier for a player nowadays to down tools as they know clubs need to “protect their value”

Ferguson was a master at keeping young players keen and focussed. He fucked out Lee Sharpe at 24 as he felt he was getting too big for his boots and had Giggs/Beckham ahead of him.

ETH is setting the right example here in that he doesn’t care about wages/transfer value, if you’re not working hard then fuck off. I like it.

In a parallel universe Utd could have €400m+ worth of talent with Sancho, Pogba, Morrison, Greenwood. If only they had application to go with their unreal abilities

Tbf, that lad had issues and attitude that put Sancho in ha'penny place by comparison.

Surprising though that MU hadn't picked up rumours from Dortmund that Sancho had problems with discipline, time keeping etc or maybe they did but felt they could be overcome as he matured!

Sancho only 23 so plenty of time to cop on and settle down albeit unlikely to be at MU.
