I suddenly have more respect for ROG and the other lads that travelled to get experience in coaching.

Just because someone was a great player, that does not automatically make then a good coach.

Well it was all grand for a few years, but the chickens are coming home to roost. That Leinster team is dropping off and without Snyman and Barrett, they would be nowhere near what they are now. Fast forward to the next world cup and Ireland is fucked.
