Could be he's fucked his career with Brighton staying strong suggesting it was the overall club structure/systems working magic, not Potter himself.

Either that or Brighton really lucked out with replacing an entire management team with zero disruption.

I've professed mighty admiration for what Potter has done with Brighton in the past so it could be my own prejudices talking here too.

When you're built on structures rather than individuals it makes succession much easier.

Not to have a dig at spurs but there's a perfect example when Kane and/or Son are out/gone how fucked they'll be.

I have sympathy for him, I doubt the signings are his now contrast that with Howe at NC, you just know the players he signed were his choice for his system.
