The Munster Rugby Thread 2019/20

It's looking very much like Irish sides are flat track bullies, great against weaker sides but not up to it when it's really on the line...
Munster have reverted back to the stage of wanting/needing that chip on their shoulder.
At least they have some lads that try and drag the team on.

Your comment is very true about Leinster as well. Can't all be home games against the Ospreys. None of them stood up in the forwards.

Yer man Tom Jordan might be bad news for Ben Healy too.
It's clear Townsend is an all or nothing coach when it comes to 10 and he'd probably rather Jordan or a returning Hastings over Healy .

Speaking of Scotland, you'd have to think Franco Smith is next up, if he doesn't head home before that

Bunch of lads added to the academy, Seán Edogbo, Michael Foy, Luke Murphy, Gene O’Leary Kareem, Jake O’Riordan, and Danny Sheahan:

As part of this, Ed-Ed, Tony Butler, Ethan Coughlan, Mark Donnelly, and Brian Gleeson are all getting promoted into the main squad.

Good to see, mix of positions, back row (Murphy & Edogbo), second row (Foy), centre (O’Leary Kareem), scrum half (O'Riordan) and hooker (sheehan)

Would like to see more props, outhalves, centres and wingers but it's good to see they're keeping the academy well stocked.
