Heard great reports from a couple I know who were at it.

Great gig. Must have been nearly two hours in total and I went in hope more than expectation.

66 euro seems expensive initially but I don't mind paying the extra it takes to get bands to a venue of this size in Cork (that tbf are definitely more expensive to book), if it means I then don't have to incur travel, hotel and time expenses for Dublin. Hope they keep them coming at C.A.

Fantastic. Great gig. Place was rocking. I think 66 euro well worth it - getting to see a band like The Libertines at Cyprus Avenue, a relatively intimate venue.

I always wonder how it works. 500 capacity , 66 euro per head. That's 33k in ticket sales. How much goes to the band - surely 25 to 30k in this instance and the venue makes a couple of thousand plus alcohol and drink sales. The promoter would look after hotels etc for the band and crew ?
