A neighbour of one of Dublin's best-known gay bars has told a court his night's sleep was "decimated" by the venue playing "thumping" club music and blasting Whitney Houston or Celine Dion's hits.

Nobody should be expected to live over a pub with music blaring till late every night, so either the noise is better controlled or we throw our hat at the idea of city centre living.

There's no excuse to be playing Whitney Houston at any time of the day tbh.

They could well do, but our biggest issue is labour capacity which will progressively get better over the next 10 years. That said, we need to ramp up before the Ukraine war (hopefully) ends, as the reconstruction projects will be gigantic, in terms of labour and materials.
