It's all well and good putting teams back in divisions and getting rid of intermediate but its a claustrophobic set up with local rivalries replacing quality.

Bishopstown beat Duhallow and hammered Newtownshandrum last year, two teams you're happy to keep at senior level now?

Regrade the following (for the sake of argument, I won't suggest the Barrs they're getting a bad enough doing here)

Dohenys
Nicks
Aghada
Kiskeam
Clyda
Carrigaline
Newcestown

Regrade premier intermediate and intermediate clubs where necessary to give 8/10 senior clubs, 16 premier intermediate and 16 intermediate.

Play the club championship in April, May straight knockout with relegation 1 up 1 down.

County senior championship then played separately to give divisions access to players. Divisions would be stronger and only serious senior clubs competing in county championship. Imokilly and Carrigdhoun included also.

It's pretty much what kerry do. More players playing higher lever. End of back doors and dead rubbers. Simples
