Don't know how old you are Stuffy but breathing difficulty is serious. Even though you haven't smoked a cig for 3 years, the vaping is preventing your lungs from being cleaned out.

Bad comparison imo.
Tight shoes cause pain. A cig to relieve craving is a far more subtle form of damage.
You don't crave uncomfortable clothes or shoes!

There is a fella that works with my husband who keeps using the word "Rudimental" (Rudimentary/fundamental). I swear my husband will stab him with a fork for it one of these days ;-)

Time to give up totally Stuffy.
After 3 weeks or so your should notice an improvement in your breathing. Full breathing recovery takes longer though.
