My mother doesn’t know how to use them which is fair enough but absolutely inconsiderate behaviour to be handing so many tickets in at once. The girl at the till was fuming.

It’s inconsiderate to people queuing behind. Stockpiling lotto tickets to check all at once is incredibly inconsiderate to others IMO.

No it isn't. The shop is providing a service and he used it. It's very similar to people complaining when they go to Lidl and they are standing behind someone doing a big shop.
