I saw him support Spiritualized a few years ago at the MFA in Boston. He was very good. A modern twist on the one man band but with a mack in the middle of the stage and a projector. Did a beautiful duet with kermit the frog on half way down the stairs.
Check out Serotonin and the ballad of elton john.

second album was also pretty good,although probably not as good as the first

pity, great live, first album is a cracker. I'm sure he;ll be back in one form or another.
