Recycle / Re-Turn

The Greens can always be relied on for an expensive (to the consumer) solution to a problem that didn't exist
You get 100% of your money back and now we re-cycle way more plastic and just like other civilised countries compliant with the EU-wide single-use plastics directive that sets a recycling target for these products of 77 per cent by 2025 and then 90 per cent by 2029.

Before this scheme it was below 60%

Recycling is just a waste of time anyway.

As long as there are norries, there'll be rubbish thrown on the ground
In fairness I was up around Ballyvolane in June and there were big queues at the machines.

When you add value to something people will return it and get the cash rather than throwing it over someone's hedge..

It was an unnecessary scheme and emblematic of the seen to doing something kind of thinking the muppets in the Green party specialise in.
You come across as especially stupid.

Stacky has already outlined our EU targets when it comes to reducing waste and increasing recycling. This scheme is in conjunction with those targets.

That and to annoy cranky people who secretly use the re-cycling machines anyway.

Lol I couldn't care less what some twat on a bike thinks.

Stacky parrots whatever the government says. 'iTs tHe LaW'. The man hasn't had an original thought in his life.

There is going to be uproar when people get access to their published accounts
Dan leads the charge when it comes to uproar, it's his specialised subject.
