Spent many happy weekend nights in The Vin. Pints were excellent and loads of hot young women.
Liam M was really sound.

My ol fella worked for Mackesy's Dad in their pub years ago. Said he was an absolute gentleman and one of the best bosses he had.

Was your dad from the Northside? Did he work in The Vin in the 1980s? If it's the guy I'm thinking of, he was an excellent barman who pulled superb pints.

He's from the Southside but he moved to the North side in the early 80s. I think he was out of the pub game by that stage though, bar the odd night here and there for a foxer.
