Problem with Photos on Iphone

Trying to check names off a list I photographed a while back on my iphone and I find the quality of the photo stored is absolute muck.

And on occasion I find that apps I've previously downloaded I have to download again for some reason.

It's a 16Gb phone with only about 12Gb of memory used.

Any help would be appreciated. Ta

Maybe your phone needs to update it's software? or maybe it has?

Updates are up to date

Can view them perfectly when at home on my wifi but out even on 4G it's crap for just some of my photos but not for others. Kinda weird.

Are you storing them in iCloud? If so, that is the problem.

you have a setting turned on that will remove the apps from the phone if you haven't used them for a while, to save space

if its a 16GB phone, and you have the latest OS that prob takes up the 4GB, so you only have 12GB of available storage space on the phone
