There is a connection between it and a recent car accident though, and there is a lot of rumours etc online as a result. I would guess that was what was being referenced.

There's some voice note doing the rounds in which this woman, who I'd imagine would be quite easily identified, names 3 people, and accuses them variously of drug dealing, money laundering, vehicular manslaughter, interfering with an accident, which potentially could end up as a murder charge for 2 of them..... and hints at a fair bit of marital infidelity with a few other named persons
