Did it online about 3 weeks ago. Got really worried as I need the passport for work/travel when we open back up. Had it in about 5 working days. Quality turn around. And that’s with my first set of photos taken on the phone being rejected.

Be wide, take your head shots on a decent light grey background.

I havent had any issues as I wouldnt be so reckless as to ever show up at an airport without a valid passport.I have heard of others that have had issues though,flying within the EU.
