That model was replaced by this and there were still some older bus models on routes in the 1970's

That is D69, those yolks were built in Dublin by CIE themselves, the chassis and engine were supplied by Leyland.
They started making those in the late 60's and gradually both those and the later Vanhool deckers replaced all those older ones with those back open platforms
