yes but it is a team sport and as good as Vindegaard is he couldnt have won two tours without Kuss(and Wout), the best result for the team is that three different riders have won the three tours(first time ever), On the salaries I did a bit of googling and the figures are not published but "estimates" reckon the top 4 at Jumbo all get approx 2m pa, Pogocar gets 6m and is the top of the charts.
