I think there’s some big mountains on the way by the weekend - that should spread things out a bit.
LOL, did you see Pog sitting up to take a pull out of his water bottle halfway through the TT today. Some operator.

Jesus. Pog just destroyed everyone.
Saw the last 20k or so. On the penultimate climb t looked like Visma had the upper hand. Pog a bit isolated. The lads rejoined in the valley and yes, he fucking blew em away one by one. Remco suffered and Vinge was the only one to go with him. The last attack, like the whole ascent - it wasn't a brute of a climb, that's today!! - all seated. A cool minute put into the Dane and 2.27 or so into Eddie D. Our boy suffered more than most of the favourites.

You never know with the Dauphine - are lads holding off or not. In theory there should be no doubts today.

Jonas has done feck all racing since Paris-Nice whereas Pog has been at damn near every race every week - so the Dane will surely ride himself into some sort of form over the coming weeks and be a decent prospect come Tour time

Pog. Again. I read that he's either the leading or second placed current rider with the most wins. Given his age, this is nuts.

i got these from this facebook page https://www.facebook.com/Cycling360allday
another good graphic here, whatsapp it to yourself for easy access,

funny how looking at the stage profiles today looked like a flat stage which it was but those two small climbs at the end of a long stage made it tough taking out most of the sprinters.
