As for the mechanical doping, I dunno, just very suspicious about that team. There was a moment in a mountain stage the other day where Kuss fucking took off, was blocked by a supporter, stalled and then just took off again! I bet it's on YouTube. Reminded me of a similar thing with a Skybot Domestique a few years ago. Was it Poels? Cycling around a steep bend, sat up, casually looking back to see if Froomey was keeping up with him. So, yeah, just doubtful, tbh.

Immediately after yesterdays stage JV was odds on favourite he then stated he hoped Kuss won it, and Kuss went odds on, there is no reckoning he does it, both JV and Roglic have gifted Kuss the Tour. They probably attacked yesterday just to make that very point.

In retrospect hard to know what to make of Weds. was it a setup, a sort of pretence of competition? Was it Roglic showing a bit of dissent, trying to make a point? What is obvious to me is that Vindegaard could have won this if he wanted to.
