New laptop - better to buy in Cork or Dublin?

Hello all,

Just looking to see if anyone has any thoughts on whether it would be better to buy a new laptop in Cork or Dublin. I'm not overly tuned in on tech matters, but I've been thinking about getting a new laptop and will find myself in Dublin city centre over the weekend, so I feel like it might be a good idea to look to buy up there. I don't necessarily expect Dublin to have a massively wider range, but I'm guessing just as a function of scale that there may be a little more choice. That said, if there isn't likely to be any tangible advantage attached to buying in Dublin, then I'd be just as happy to buy in Cork.

Any thoughts?

Cheers in advance!

don't think you'll find much of a difference and plus if you have a problem do ye really want to get on the train back to Dublin to take it back?

A_Wow I hear that Soundstore are very good to deal with, in regards to returns.

If anyone can confirm that it would be great.

I'm not sure what Harvey Norman are like.

Argos are good for returns also, but I don't know of anyone who had to return a laptop.

Got one of them myself last month, good build quality and you can spec it out as much/little as you like.
