Norris was wise not to try a lunge when he had a chance.

Verstappen falls back to fourth after giving a 5 second penalty for speeding under the VSC. McLaren were lucky they didn't get caught out with the VSC. They swapped positions just after Haas had stopped off the track, when they should have done it much earlier in the race when there was less pressure from Leclerc and Verstappen behind them. Not sure why there was a delay in the VSC. By right, it should have been out earlier. Some Red Bull fans I'm sure won't be happy about it.

Qualifying delayed due to bad weather.
