A couple of thoughts on what I've seen so far:
1. The track limits thing is nonsense
2. The driving standards guidelines aren't working and haven't worked.
3. If I didn't know any better, I would swear the championship promoter was trying to engineer a closer championship battle through the use of penalties. It's not like it hasn't happened before ...
