Simon Harris has visited Lebanon .He continued inspecting a guard of honor of troops when he visited them at camp shampoo. I could no ascertain if he inquired whether there were any Hezbullah rocket launching pads along side them.
He thought it best to say its a matter for defence chiefts.
He travelled on to beruit and met two minsters and raised the case of Sean Rooney.
He did not meet any of the Hezbullah members of the cabinet. He thought it best not to get embroidered in controversy
He did a self questioning and answering interview before he left

Harris: I told them I understand fully the separation of the parliament and the judiciary as we have in Ireland but asked the minsters that Ireland was watching the situation very closely.
