METISSE LAND ANOTHER HOLLYWOOD BLOCKBUSTER !!!
There were more celebrations in the Metisse camp last night
as confirmation came through from MGM that the duo's music was to be used in the movie
of the now cult classic ‘DEAD LIKE ME’
The movie ‘Life After Death’ goes on release on February 17th
Hot on the heels of his hit solo album ‘Irish Makeover’, Metisse's Skully says:
" This one is important to us, we have been involved with Dead Like Me from the start, they have used our music throughout both TV series, landing the movie, is just the icing on the cake"
Aida from Metisse says:
" A huge number of people have gotten to know our music through Dead Like Me, our website is already seeing a massive surge in visitors, since this announcement was made"
A spokesperson for Blind Faith Digital, the band's record company says:
" Metisse’s music is used in all sorts of productions around the world,
but this is one that Aida and Skully really wanted to happen.
Their music became an integral part of the TV series
and the movie just wouldn’t have been the same without it”.
“First the huge success of Skully's solo album, and now this !
2009 is shaping up very well indeed for the Irish based duo”.
