You know of the existence of doctors, right? What if you’ve gone through the menopause? What if you’re pregnant?
How will they prove it?

Hard to menstruate without one.
The law does not allow for women to take leave every month just because they have their period, or just because they identify as a woman. It is to cover cases where women suffer severe menstrual pain. Presumably certified by a doctor.

Very good.Don’t go there m8, it’ll be a red rag to a bull
your just rattled now that il be admin again for the championship thread,One more thread title in all caps and you'll be menstruating yourself Jimmy boy.
If you have severe period pain you are likely to be under the care of a gynaecologist or at least a GP for it anyway, and I doubt it would need to be certified every month. This isn’t going anywhere. If you’re on minimum wage you’re not going to spend €65 to get certified that you are suffering from menstrual pain, in order to get sick leave.
Unless of course you have a medical card…
WHOOOOAH Bodyform. If it stops them roller skating and parachuting around the office, I'm all for it.
