What's the point in driving at over the limit if you're only going to park up on the hard shoulder subsequently anyway to avoid an average-speed fine ????

You'll never be a biker. Lolz. Seen the locals do this in France regularly. Ate road and park up and have a fag just before the toll booth.

To make sure that you’re within the average time it takes to travel between two geographical points on the motorway. Some drivers enjoy driving fast on motorways. These average speed cameras will have little effect and are yet another example of the ongoing failure to deploy more Gardaí. All this technology will have little impact.

The most effective method of making our roads safer is to have a fully staffed road traffic division.
