I wasn’t drinking but the bar was flying the pints out and no problem drinking inside the tent either. Christy was in flying form many times requesting the audience to join in. I reckon he had a drop of poteen in his bottle of water. Some going for 77 years old in fairness.

Is he 77 now? I did enjoy his gig that time. Glad to hear he was in flying form. It's great to see these stalwarts still gigging especially Irish artists

Ya 77 and still belting them out. He got a fantastic reception from the audience throughout the evening too. He draws people from all ages. I was surprised to see loads of young lads and gals there but great to see his music is popular with the younger generation too
