Does her bomb look big in that dress?
What’s her sentence likely to be, recent enough cases for membership of IRA 2-5 years. No prior convictions maybe less.Justice has been served, I thought with our crowd she'd get off but no the court has made a good decision, she shouldn't have had anything to do with Islamic state and to go over there.
Criminal Justice (terrorist offences) Act 2006Is there a law on the Irish statute books against becoming a member of ISIS?
Criminal Justice (terrorist offences) Act 2006
Offences against the Stat Act 1939
21.—(1) It shall not be lawful for any person to be a member of an unlawful organisation. Not sure that the Offences against the Stat (sic) Act 1939 would outlaw becoming a member of ISIS tbh
