No.
We altered them to change our territorial claim to an “aspiration to unity.”

“It is the firm will of the Irish Nation, in harmony and friendship, to unite all the people who share the territory of the island of Ireland, in all the diversity of their identities and traditions, recognising that a united Ireland shall be brought about only by peaceful means with the consent of a majority of the people, democratically expressed, in both jurisdictions in the island.”

He’s the Taoiseach and as Taoiseach he is
perfectly entitled to express our constitutional aspiration, and some jumped up English Tory minister trying to pretend that he’s an impartial referee can do nothing about it.

Can there be a second referendum if the first one fails in the quest for a united Ireland.
Throwing it out there for anyones views
Yes. It will be like a General Election. Every seven years until we get the correct answer.
Once unity is achieved there is no ongoing requirement for a referendum. Unionism is on a one way trip to Pwntown.

Thanks, so anything over 50 % will do either way?

Leo has apologised to Tony Holohan for comments made during covid, He also says opening up christmas
2020 was the wrong decision, But in fairness nobody politically disagreed with that decision at the time,
The braver decision would have been to say no, brave but unpopular,
