Kyle Hayes - a good GAA man?

Just out of curiosity.
If, in the future, Hayes decided he wanted to train a kids team or get involved in Limerick underage teams would he be allowed? As in would he pass Garda vetting?
It would show up as a conviction on his garda vetting.

I'm not sure if the GAA have rules on whether someone with a conviction can train kids. If it was a child protection issue ( possession of child porn let's say) then he couldn't be allowed to do so, but not sure about an assault conviction.

Presumably everyone in those circles would know of his conviction without garda vetting though anyway.

In light of reports today of yet another arrest of Mr Hayes ( reports of arrest for dangerous driving, at >150 in a 100 zone ) might the terms of his suspended sentence be revisited by the Judiciary ? Or is it time to get out the chequebook again ?

Kicking the shite out of someone has absolutely nothing to do with driving at 150kmph that could kill someone- your honour!!
