Kyle Hayes - a good GAA man?

Does dangerous driving trigger his suspended sentence?
There's no definitive answer to that.

If he's convicted for this offence, then he is referred back to Limerick circuit court so that the Judge that gave the suspended sentence can decide whether or not to activate it. It's at the Judges discretion.

I think he's at risk of jail alright.

Any person that has never ever broken a speed limit raise your hand now.
If you asked how many had done over 150kmph in a 100kmph the answer might be a lot lower.
On a slight tangent take it handy on the roads Sunday lads. Two primary reasons:
1. If you crash that's less people roaring on Cork in Croker.
2. Those Tipp cops will be only itching to nab that cocky Cork crowd.

Anyone know how Cunninghams case played out? He was due back in court mid June after the judge adjourned the matter.

Personally I believe there should be zero tolerance for being on mobile phone when driving.

I will half raise my hand as I can say I have never sped 150kph in a 100kph zone while given a suspended sentence (only the other day) for assault aided and abetted by my entourage.

But you have broken the law by speeding a little bit ? Or is that only half breaking the law ?
its 90mph which is hardly warp speed.

He should have been locked up the first time.
However, if we're locking lads up for speeding, we may forget about it. Tear up the statute books and start again.
