I.must admit that I thought it was a big mistake not to appoint Shapiro as running mate - he's a capable operator and would probably have locked in Pennsylvania.

But Walz looks an inspired choice.

Ticks every box.
Veteran, High School Teacher, Winning Coach and decent political record.

But most of all, he's a great stage performer and appeals to the target voter.

Harris is doing everything right and will get another bounce from the DNC.

Trump in sharp contrast, is fucking up at every opportunity

I was listening to a guy on The Pat Kenny show earlier.
If Trump gets in, he won't be coming out at the end of the usual term over there.
If he loses, he will claim it was fraud and rile up his supporters.
He reckoned that Trump would then go to court and would lose and again rile up his supporters.

Saw something about republicans are ready and lined up in the event of a Harris win to not certify it. I’ve not read into the details of it as yet and what it means.
That will create a constitutional crises of some sort too.
