No All-Ireland but still achieved a massive amount in the past few years, there's certainly nobody in my lifetime who has given as much to the cause as JBM. Next few months are going to be scary. Can't see any likely replacement that will be an improvement on him.

Legend is an overused word in GAA but with JBM it doesn't do the man justice. An institution in Cork. Keep him involved at some level please...hero and a gentleman.

I have a bad feeling that the actual level of what's available to us will become a bit starker for the next two or three years. Finding someone new of the right calibre will be very hard because of that.
