We've had a splendid time this summer hosting some top class Stand-Up shows to packed rooms and warm receptive audiences.
But fear not, the fun doesn't end just yet as we still have one more roll of the dice before the clocks go back and darkness descends again!
Come join us at The Roundy Laughs on Friday August 29th as we say so long to the summer season with a show headlined by Irish comedy legend Patrick McDonnell!
McDonnell has been involved in just about every successful TV comedy show for the last 15 years. He can’t walk down a street in Ireland or the UK without someone shouting out "I've no willy”. The hilarious catchphrase by one of the most memorable characters in arguably the best comedy series ever, Father Ted!
Other TV credits as actor and writer include:
RTE's The Savage Eye
RTE's Naked Camera
RTE's Stew
RTE's Don't Feed the Gondolas
RTE's Val Falvey TD with Ardal O Hanlon
SKY1's Moone Boy with Chris O' Dowd
It is on stage doing Stand-Up where McDonnell really comes to life. Pat began his Stand Up career in the early nineties - the golden age of Irish Stand-up comedy and has gone on to become one of the most original and sought after comics working today.
