I think it’s fair. It’s too old an age to be driving in my opinion as reaction times etc slow down as you get older.

I think they should be checked by someone other than their own GP's to see have they still got the where with all to drive a vehicle.

You also have to be mindful of people who live out in very rural areas.

That’s fair. What I would do is make it mandatory to reverse into spaces in car parks. Reversing out of a space is so dangerous.
