I tried reading his book on spirituality. By God, it was a painful read*. Gave up halfway through.

He has some guided meditation videos on YouTube which are not bad at all.. The thing I like about him is he doesn't seem as shut off as the likes of Dawkins..
He's is always up for changing his opinions and admitting he is wrong too, which is very refreshing.
