Dr Eva Newstalk interview about fatties

"All she did was get a prescription".

This kind of bull is all over the net and media. For clarity: no-one on GLP-1 meds (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro....) will lose a single pound unless they 'eat less and move more' which is exactly what all the critics tell them to do anyway! You could call it putting in the work. Contrary to the nonsense spewed by many, many dimwits none of these "skinny jabs" melt away fat, or allow people to eat what they want without consequence. All they do (in short, anyway) is make people feel full so they're less inclined to stuff their gob. That's it. What about that so triggers some people? It's no different than wearing a nicotine patch. Quite a few people have seriously unpleasant side effects from the meds but battle through anyway - give them a break like FFS, they're trying their best!

And yes, I'm on one of them (Mounjaro). So bloody what!
Adele went on Opera in 2021 and said she got control of her weight because she was anxious and stressed, that she worked with a dietitian and a personnel trainer to achieve her weight goals through hard work and she was privileged to be in a position to afford both the time and money to do so.

I think it's a bit disingenuous not to mention the medical aspect of this also. Particularly in a world where physical appearance, is valued more than actual health.

For the record I think she was a great example of someone who benefited from sensible medical intervention and fair play to her and to you too for that matter. But the secrecy and speculation helps nobody in my opinion not her and not people who aspire to replicate her sucess

I remember seeing an article years ago from Gisele Bundchen detailing what she ate in a day and her exercise regime and it seemed to me one of the only honest accounts of what it takes to have that sort of body. It was her full time job, and fair fucks to her she looks incredible, but she was honest about why it is not achievable for most people.

Not even to look like Gisele would I eat that much streamed fucking broccoli!

Exact same shit from her ex Tom Brady, for him it was blood pH regulation, avoid Tomatoes and other nightshades and be sure to hydrate correctly and you too can play a dangerously violent sport till you're 42.

Meanwhile his personal trainer Alex Gurrero gets fucked out of the Patiots facilities by Bill Bellachick, and when he treats Tommy Boy's teammates like Julian Edelman they get popped for PEDs.
