I don't think Gerry will be put forward. With the likelihood of Simon Coverntry moving to East Cork FG will want to maintain some continuity in cork South Central with a semblance of high profile names.

I think her legacy for her very hard work on the issue of having summer time all the year round.
She demolished her Critics when asked if school children going to school in the dark would present a risk to life and limb .
She said that most children are driven to school.
