Massive surgery needed. Tipp had their homework done - they left it in at every opportunity. We did the opposite- as in previous games - tried to burrow our way through traffic constantly, particularly on the sideline . Ben o Connor hurling not working anymore. Obviously learned nothing from the Clare/Limerick scares.

Probably better have a performance like this tonight than later in a knock out game with no chance to redeem things. Long term it may get be a good wake up call
