Joe Canning was a Galway minor at 15.Brosnsn is U16, last night was U19. No U16 should be anywhere near the senior team in an A grade school.

So was Brian Corcoran.Joe Canning was a Galway minor at 15.
Your pronouncement aside, he was named on the team sheet and came on after half time.Brosnsn is U16, last night was U19. No U16 should be anywhere near the senior team in an A grade school.
Nonsense. Particularly in smaller A schools there will always be 1 or 2 of the best u16 players playing u19, usually corner back or corner forward. Maybe unusual in a school with a depth of players like cbc but if an u16 is good enough there’s no reason why he can’t hold his own at u19 A hurling or football.Brosnsn is U16, last night was U19. Sure you’d have had the odd super star playing in the junior cycle. Don’t know if they’ve stopped that or not..Nonsense.
