Why?That’s a very clever move by Rebel Og
Clubs are moaning for the last 2 years that they are losing 18 year olds left right and centre and the board try to help them by making u18 (and hopefully u16) the premier ages in league. At the moment their hands are tied on championship but at least they are being proactive. Why?
If they made the u16 leagues the premier age group instead of u15 the 16 year olds would have plenty of games at their own ageMy main concern is for u16s who would be playing and starting for the u17 team who then wouldn’t be able to play u18 league
They can't for championship, it's set nationally. If they made the u16 leagues the premier age group instead of u15 the 16 year olds would have plenty of games at their own age
I'm a big fan of rebel og and have said so on here often enough but this is crazy. Their hands are tied nationally with the ages and while we all admire people trying to think outside the box this proposal could turn into a farce.Clubs are moaning for the last 2 years that they are losing 18 year olds left right and centre and the board try to help them by making u18 (and hopefully u16) the premier ages in league. I never said they could for championshipThey can't for championship, it's set nationally.
Are you proposing U16 league and U15 championship?
What would the U15's do? Just play championship?I never said they could for championship
What would be wrong with it?
